As the Round Britain Climate Change takes place, the expedition team will be working with Kate to produce inspiring, engaging and interactive resources for teachers to use in the classroom. Twice a week, Kate will interview the expedition team to find out where they've been, what they've seen and what they've learnt about climate change. Students will be able to submit their own questions for the team to answer. These short videos will be freely available online and perfect for use in form time or lessons.
As the journey progresses, students will be invited to take part in a competition to answer the following question: How could the UK led the green revolution? Using what they've learnt from the journey, students will be asked to produce an excellent piece of work to answer this question. Excitedly, the winning entries will be taken to COP. Finally, after the journey, the professional footage, incredible stories and lessons learnt will be combined into a set of resources to aid the teaching of climate change.
