Volunteer Multimedia Researcher

We are looking for someone with a basic knowledge of photography, video, and the natural world who can help source existing photo and video material, online and through contacts, that will help us tell the story of the migrating bird we will be following on the next expedition.

Volunteer Web Manager 

We need assistance with grow what is currently our holding page website, with donation function, into an simple but engaging organisational website that remain simple and functions to drive traffic to key areas, and links with our social media channels. We also need help developing the plan and brief for our expedition website, with tracking functionality etc.

Volunteer social media producer

We’re looking for someone to contribute to and/or manage our social media accounts to engage and retain our followers and help us tell the story of Conservation without Borders and the migrating bird we will be following on the next expedition.

Volunteer story researcher 

We need help with anything from researching stories in the UK and overseas; sourcing footage and photos from interviews, setting up online meetings with potential key contacts, online research. Basically, looking for the most powerful local stories and characters and existing visuals that we could use, to help us bring expeditions and issues to life in a really engaging way.

Volunteer graphic designer – conservation projects

We need help with anything from tweaking logos, and creating a suite of brand tools, to the layout of proposals or video graphics. If you are a graphic design company interested in sponsorship, we would consider an arrangement in which the graphic design service is provided under a sponsorship arrangement – contact Sacha to discuss.

Volunteer* builder/fixer

An enthusiastic people person with an interest in conservation and expeditions, our builder will provide not only building support and helping to source potential donors of supplies, the role will also help engage with the community and provide an opportunity to get much needed works and makeovers done, but also provide opportunities for dialogue, for politicians to mix with conservationists (even if the initial incentive from the politicians point of view is a photo shoot).

Volunteer photo/video journalists/editors

You must be a passionate about capturing and telling great stories whether they are people, or adventure or wildlife, as well as being curious about conservation and happy to work under sometimes challenging expedition conditions. If you can move people with images, sound, story or music then we want you to apply.
